I am a games-based learning practitioner, games designer and magazine editor. I have worked in organisational learning for many years, and now focus on games to help tackle wicked systemic problems, toxic culture, gender and age inequality and discrimination and so on.
I hope that if individuals and the organisations they live and work in, can play to understand, that they will then be able to part of the solution around the even wider systemic issues - the climate, racism etc.
The games which will be presented here are for fun, but also can be used by facilitators, coaches, individuals and groups to create learning experiences around a number of outcomes. As many of the games are inspired by nature, or are biophilic in design, they will also facilitate ancillary learning around ecosystems, natural processes and empathy and respect for nature.
As an individual you can download the games free or for a small suggested donation. If you want to use them, commercially, in learning settings, I offer expanded versions of the games, with additional materials, facilitator tools and suggested learning outcomes.
These can be licensed on an annual basis, or on a one-off lifetime basis. Purchasing a licence will entitle you to updates of the game for as long as you hold it. Get in touch if you want to know more.
